Richmond Hill Tony Rigsby, 30, of Richmond Hill died August 31, 2012. He is survived by his children Chelea, Justin, Preston, Cody, and Parker; his mother, Kathy Rigsby; and a brother, Douglas Rigsby. A memorial service will be Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 5 p.m. at Daniel Baptist Church with Rev. Alfred Banks. Online condolences can be made at www.carterbryanchapel.com. Carter Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
