Mary Lou Cook

Ludowici Mary Doster Cook, 82, died peacefully onTuesday, November 13, 2012 at her daughter’s residence in Midway under the care of Hospice and family. She is a native of Walton County, Ga. and lived in Ludowici for 25 years. She was a member of Ludowici United Methodist Church. Survivors are her husband Bill Cook of Ludowici; 3 daughters Theresa Bateman of Woodstock, Ga., Deborah Ansel and Brenda Gentile of Midway; 1 brother Grady Doster of Stone Mt, Ga.; 5 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Pallbearers are John Ansel, Bob Gentile, Stacey Bateman, Kenny Bateman, Todd Bateman, and Nick Gentile. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Ludowici United Methodist Church. Funeral will start at 2:00 with Rev. Jim Burgess officiating and burial will be at Hinesville Cemetery.
