Debra "Deb" Teague

Debra “Deb” Teague, 66, passed away Monday, July 30, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Hospital after a short illness. 

She lived in Liberty County most of her life and Colonel’s Island for the past 17 years.  She was a member of Half Moon Sport Fishing Club.  She retired from Coastal Utilities after many years of service and later worked for several years at the Atlantic Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s office.  She loved sewing and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Billy Teague, and her parents. 

She is survived by her two daughters, Tammi and Heather Teague both of Colonel’s Island; brother, George Gill of Mexico Beach, FL;  and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm Thursday August 2, 2018, at Carter’s Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel.  A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm.
