Jeremy Sylvester, 43, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018, at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Born in Jacksonville, FL, he was a resident of Midway for the past 36 years, and was a Lake George Volunteer Firefighter for several years and worked for Hawkins Electric for ten years. He enjoyed boating and mechanicing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Allen W. Sylvester, Sr.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Allen Sylvester, Jr., Steven Sylvester, Ginger Gordon-Cox, and Angel Sparks; nieces and nephews, Brandie Sylvester, Kyle Sylvester, Kanae Bailey, Brytanie Ferron, Preston Sparks, Ariel Cox, Dalton Sylvester, and Novalee Sylvester; great nephews, Easton Ferron and Colton Bailey.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 11 am at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
