Deborah L Brown

Deborah Brown, 60, passed away Friday, March 10, 2017, at Landmark Hospital surrounded by her family.

She spent most of her life in Watertown, NY, where she worked for Mercy Hospital for over 30 years.  For the past 12 years, she has been a resident of Hinesville and worked at Hugo Boss.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren and going to all of their activities.

She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Robert E. Alt, and a brother and sister-in-law, Richard Arthur and Pat Anne Brown.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Jay Steyer of Hinesville; two grandchildren, Madison and Kellen; sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Orlin Locy of Black River, NY; brother, Bobby Brown of Black River, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel.
