Fleming
Doris Woods Parker, 91, died at home Sunday, September 18, 2016, surrounded by her family and under the care of Heartland Hospice.
She is survived by a daughter, Teresa L. Stinson of Fleming; several grandchildren including Katlyn Stinson, Damon Stinson, and Kevin Davis; brother, John E. Woods of Midland City, AL; sister, Sarah Anderson of Farmville, VA; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10am – 11am, Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Midway First Baptist Church, followed by the funeral service at 11am with Pastor J.C. Wright officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet UMC Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Damon Stinson, Nicholas Ross, Patrick Bowles, Terry Payton, Matthew Bowles, and Cody Landon.
