Mrs. Ellen R. Powell, 65, died Friday at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah. A Memorial Service was held Sunday, September 14, 2014, at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Burial will be in Walthourville Presbyterian Cemetery. Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel was in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.carteroglethorpe.com.
