Cecelia Marie McDowell-Coggins

Cecelia McDowell-Coggins, 60, died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 after an extended illness.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel Coggins; daughters, Amy Coggins of Raleigh, NC, Angela Coggins of Gaithersburg, MD, and April Coggins of Southport, NC; and three grandchildren.

A private service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Greater Savannah.
