Anthony "Tony" Keith Rigsby

Richmond Hill Tony Rigsby, 30, of Richmond Hill died August 31, 2012. He is survived by his children Chelea, Justin, Preston, Cody, and Parker; his mother, Kathy Rigsby; and a brother, Douglas Rigsby.
