Grace Rousse, 82, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Perry Tumlin of Hinesville; four grandchildren, Christine Elkins, Tammy Elkins, Kevin Loubier, Jr., and Shane Loubier; thirteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
