Arthur M. Parker, Jr., 87, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023 at his home.
Arthur was born and raised in Savannah, GA and lived in Sunbury, GA for the past 20 years. He was known for his historical knowledge of Savannah.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Guibord Parker; and his brother, Ira Parker.
Arthur is survived by his daughter, Theresa Parker-Venegas (Diana Brown); three grandchildren, Jennifer, Gregory, and Keith; and three great-grandchildren.
