AUDREY J. ROSS WEST

July 5, 1946 – October 23, 2025

A Life of Faith, Kindness, and Joy Audrey J. Ross West, age 79, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025, at 9:32 a.m. in Savannah, Georgia. She was born on July 5, 1946, in Huntington, West Virginia, to the late James Edward Ross Sr. and Anna Margaret Ross. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Audrey is survived by her son Russell West Jr., her daughter Connie West, and her cherished grandchildren Gabrielle Pinkerton and Jasmine Johnson, along with her precious great-granddaughter Emma Irvin.  She is also lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and her extended spiritual family in the Huntington Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, who brought her joy and comfort throughout her life. Audrey was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Russell West Sr., her daughter Victoria Lynn West, and her siblings Shirley Ann Ross, Francis Ross, James Ross II, June Johnson, Oscar Johnson, and Ada Mae Johnson. Known for her kind and gentle heart, Audrey’s warmth touched everyone she met. She found happiness in simple pleasures — crafting, cooking, and sharing laughter with friends and family. A faithful servant of Jehovah, she lived her life guided by love, compassion, and faith. Audrey’s laughter, warmth, and faith remain in the hearts of all who loved her — until we meet again under Jehovah’s new heavens and new earth.
