Barbara Lynn Davis, 70, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at home with her sons by her side.
Barbara was born in Kentucky on December 27, 1950 to Walton and Betty Lou Peterson. She lived the past eighteen years in Midway, GA. She had a passion for being outside and for gardening. Her favorite place to visit was the mountains in Helen, GA. Her family was a great source of happiness and she enjoyed being with them most. She was a sweet, loving, devoted wife and mother. Everyone who met her loved her. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Newton (Newt) Sylvester Davis.
Barbara is survived by her two sons, Layton Davis and James Robert Davis; and granddaughter, Barbie Nicole Davis.
Memorial services will be private.
