Damon Coy Haywood

Damon Coy Haywood, 53, sadly passed away in October 2025. He was born in Atlanta, GA, at Grady Memorial Hospital on January 15, 1972.

He is survived by his father, Bruce King; his mother, Mary Jane King; his wife, Sharon Elledge; his children, Devon Haywood, Kaylee Haywood, and Danyel Haywood; and his stepdaughter, Janice Macks.

He is preceded in death by his youngest brother, Bruce Matthew King, and his son, Anthony Voelkel.

Damon loved to fish and collect artifacts that he found when hiking. He also loved his dog, Capone, his children, and family very much. He will forever be remembered.
