Debra Jean Downs Hallows, 66, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA.
Debra was a lifelong resident of Liberty County. She was a 1975 graduate of Bradwell Institute and was employed by State Farm for twenty years.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Hallows of Hinesville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Kim Downs of Virginia Beach, VA; and her beloved pets, Shadow and Luna.
Memorial services will be private.
