Gerrit “Dutch” Viljoen, 57, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at home surrounded by family and friends.
He was born in South Africa and worked for Bell Equipment for 30 years. He then went on to work for Flint equipment for 3 years. He also served in the South African army for 3 years.
Dutch was preceded in death by Hester Viljoen, Casper Viljoen, and Petrie Viljoen.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Viljoen; brother, Hendrik Viljoen; sister, Hester Aucamp; sons, Hannes Grobler, Alex Viljoen, and Andrew Viljoen; daughter, Melissa Stroebel; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
