Helen Branch

Helen Branch, 96, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023 at home. 

She lived in Riceboro most of her life and attended Riceboro Presbyterian Church. 

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, DeWitt Branch; daughter, Martha Price; son-in-law, Chuck Price; sister, Lynette Brown; and brother, Carlton Powell.

She is survived by her son, Sammy Boney (Jackie); two granddaughters, Nikki Gorday (Chad) and Pam Whitman (Ricky); three great-grandchildren, Cole Gorday, Sam Gorday, and Jack Gorday; nephew, Carl Powell, Jr; and step-son, Johnny Branch.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Carter Funeral Home. Helen’s family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens, 2986 US-80, Dublin, GA 31021. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to Dodges Chapel Cemetery Fund, 21 Church Street, Lumber City, GA 31549.
