Izzy Phillips, 19, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2019, at Memorial Health University Medical Center surrounded by his family. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019, at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel.
