Jackie Tapp

Jackie Tapp, a kind and devoted individual, passed away on August 30, 2024 at the age of 87. Born on January 19, 1937, in Korea, Jackie exemplified warmth and generosity throughout her life, touching the hearts of those around her with her gentle spirit.

Jackie's life was enriched by a variety of interests that brought her immense joy. A passionate gardener, she found solace in nurturing her plants and transforming her surroundings into beautiful green spaces. As a devoted sports enthusiast, she particularly adored watching games, with the Atlanta Braves holding a special place in her heart. Jackie's culinary talents were also notable; she enjoyed cooking for her loved ones, creating meals that brought comfort and happiness to those she cared for deeply.

Jackie's proudest accomplishment was achieving U.S. citizenship, a milestone that she cherished dearly. It spoke to her strong sense of commitment and dedication, which was evident in her nurturing role in the family.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Betty Burton (Mike), and her cherished son, Bobby Tapp.
