James “Jim” Read, 78, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021.
Jim was born on May 10, 1942 in Berwyn, IL. He was a loving husband and father of five children.
He was preceded in death by his father, Davis and his mother, Grace.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; five children, Paige, Brad, Jimmy, Brooke, and Todd; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
Jim’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Savannah Hospice, and to all of his caring doctors and nurses.
