Lillie Miller Reid

Lillie Christine Miller Reid, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021 after a long battle with COPD.

Lillie was born on December 24, 1963 to Alta Miller and Paul Miller. She loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed playing darts and quarters with her sister-in-law’s, Tracy Wrigley of Port Orange, FL, Tonya Carroll of Holy Hill, FL, and Tara Edmonds of Miami, FL. She loved her grandkids and was mom to those who needed it. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Alta Miller; father, Paul Miller; and brother, Paul (Butch) Miller. 

She is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, John Thomas Reid of Savannah, GA; daughters, Tara Leeann Reid and Ashley Nicole Reid both of Savannah, GA; son, John Paul Reid (Crystal) of Long County, GA; five grandchildren, Paul Eller, Roma Eller, Tyler Eller all of Claxton, GA; James Wells of Hinesville, GA, and Megan Martineau of Long County, GA; step-mother, Caroline Miller of Savannah, GA; mother-in-law, Midge Bushy of Port Orange, FL; half-sister, Jeralyn Solomon of Coconut Creek, FL; along with many extended family members and friends.

Memorial services will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Lillie’s family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
