Patricia Ann Barton, 80, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023 at home.
Patricia devoted her life to serving in the military and retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, and watching the GA Bulldogs play. She loved Christmas and would always go above and beyond decorating every year.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emory L. and Annie Mae Barton; and two brothers, Elmer L. Barton and Randy Barton.
She is survived by one brother, Wayne Barton; five nephews, Lary Barton, Emory Barton, Derek Barton, Brian Barton, and Robert Barton; and three nieces, Annie Barton, Christina Marie Barton, and Jodee Poe.
A private memorial service will be held. Patricia will be laid to rest in Statesboro, GA.
