Rodney C. Riley, 71, of Hinesville, GA passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 in Bluffton, SC after a short illness.
Mr. Riley was a Vietnam Veteran, business man, artist, and musician. He had recorded albums in Oslo, Norway and Nashville, TN. He was an advocate for Wounded Warriors and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Riley, Jr. and Maiben Simmons Riley of Midway, GA; and two brothers, Mike Riley and Bruce Riley.
He is survived by his brother, Sam Riley, III (Pam); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A walk-through visitation will be from 10:00 – 12:00 a.m. on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Graveside services will immediately follow in Oglethorpe Memorial Park Cemetery. To view the service via Livestream please visit www.facebook.com/cfhbchapel2.
