Shirley Ann Beam, 76, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.
Shirley was a lifelong resident of Richmond Hill and a faithful member of Daniel Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing softball and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Vernice Clark; son, Joseph William Beam; grandson, Clarence Austin Campbell; and several brothers and sisters.
Shirley is survived by two children, JoAnn Beam and Jack William Beam; sister, Peggy Phillips; brother, George Clark; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A walk-through visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Burial will immediately follow in Mt. Olivet Church Cemetery in Fleming, GA.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed and masks are strongly recommended inside of the funeral home.
