Over her career of more than 20 years, Tara served with the Head Start program, where she made a significant impact on countless children and families. Her commitment to early childhood education was a testament to her servant's heart and her lifelong dedication to helping others. Tara was widely recognized for her sweet and kind nature, qualities that endeared her to those who had the privilege of knowing her.
An alumna of Bradwell Institute, Tara went on to further her education at Georgia Southern University, always seeking knowledge to better serve her community. She served as secretary for Long County Family Connection, where she tirelessly worked to strengthen families in her community.
