SFC Thomas James Owen (United States Army, Ret.), 73, passed away at home Monday, August 5, 2019.
Memorial Service will begin at 1pm, Friday, August 9, 2019, at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Interment will follow at 3pm in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville.
